Panel Discussion. On behalf on the AWM and
the European Women in Mathematics (EWM), Bhama Srinivasan (Committee chair;
Univ. Illinois, Chicago), Bettye Anne Case (Florida State), and Christine
Bessenrodt (Univ. Magdeburg, Germany) organized a panel discussion "Events
and policies: Effects on women in mathematics" that was held Friday
evening, August 21st.
