The Association for Women
in Mathematics (AWM)
invites you to our special events being held in
conjunction with
MathFest99,
July 31 - August 2, 1999, in Providence, RI.
- An AWM reception will be held on Sunday, August 1, 9:15
pm - 11:15 pm (following the Pi Mu Epsilon J. Sutherland Frame
lecture).
- Chuu-Lian Terng,
Northeastern University,
will give the AWM-MAA lecture entitled
Geometry and Visualization of Surfaces
on Monday, August 2 from 8:30 am - 9:20 am.
