Here's the way the AWM Mentor Network works.

We match mentors with girls/women who are interested in mathematics and/or are pursuing careers in mathematics. As a mentor, you may not know all of the answers to questions asked of you by your advisees, but the idea is to link them into a network: you may know of someone who knows the answers or someplace to look for the answers, and you can direct them there.

To get started, please answer the few simple questions below. We will match you up with girls/women in mathematics who are looking for a mentor, according to the general area of interest you indicate.
