Known issue with pdfs created in Adobe Acrobat 9 Profesional

PDF documents created with default settings in Adobe Acrobat 9 do not properly import into this application. Please follow these steps when saving your pdf in Acrobat 9.
*Note this is only applicable to users of Adobe Acrobat Professional 9. No other versions of Adobe Professional are affected.

1. While viewing the PDF in Adobe Acrobat 9 click on the printer icon.

2. In the "Print" window that pops up, select "Adobe PDF" as the printer and click "Properties".

3. Select the "PDF/A-1b-2005(CMYK)" default settings preset and click ok.

4. Click ok in the Print window and select a location to save the pdf.
5. The pdf is now ready to be submited via this application.
